Join us at our Dove Marine Laboratory for an interactive event learning about the ghost fishing phenomenon, the ecosystem impacts and what Healthy Seas is doing to combat its impacts. You will have the opportunity to take part in hands-on activities looking at plankton and microplastics, design your own company or product that helps the ocean and also see our aquarium in action.
This event is open to Year 10 – 13 pupils with an interest in Marine Sciences/Biology.
Schools can register their interest in bringing a school group along and students can also book themselves on to the event as individuals.
