Key facts
T levels are a two year course designed to provide students the the practical skills and knowledge they need to secure further study or employment in a particular industry. Designed by employers and education providers, students complete classroom based learning and must also complete a work placement as part of the course. Students are assessed based on a core component (graded A*-E) and occupational specialism (graded pass/merit/distinction) to receive a final grade for the qualification of pass, merit, distinction and distinction*.
